Finding the files for tutorials

Where can I find the files promoted upon opening Premiere Pro 2023 (eg, Billy_Interview.mp4) so I can actually DO the tutorial? TIA.

TEXT BASED EDITING WITHIN PREMIERE PRO - It appeared when I launched Premiere Pro 2024 and I wanted to try it. The file they're referring to to practice is Billy_Interview.mp4 - This within PPP. It doesn't even reference in the tutorial where to get the practice file.
