Frame IO not replacing with Auto Version

While in Premiere, uploading the active time-line to the Frame IO panel inside Premiere, with auto version selected, after the upload the video is placed behind the previous version. Frame IO doesn't auto-load the new video in the correct order.  Am I missing something here? Thanks for your time.
