Freezing while extracting in premier pro 2015 at 1%

Hi there,

I am having an issue where after editing videos and trying to export, the premier pro freezes at 1% while doing the encoding.

Please help me out. 

NOTE: i have attached the screenshot of the error as well.Error while Exporting

How long does the program hang before you are considering it "frozen?" Occasional pauses are normal. I've worked with users who waited ~10 secs and force quit the program in frustration. It wasn't frozen, they were simply impatient.

Also, do you have enough hard drive space at your export location?

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for replying. For the first part, i have waited for more than 2 hours in one instance. Normally, i consider it frozen after seeing no progress even in 15 mins. And also, i am not able to cancel it. I cannot close the whole Program too and hae to force quit it. Tried in small length clips as well. 

For the second part, i have approximately 6 GB of storage free in my Macbook. I have attached the screenshot as well.

Please help me out on this.
