Gaussian blue issue adobe premiere pro

Hello, I'm trying to search the Gaussian blue on adobe premiere pro, I've seen many tutos on YouTube to find it but When I click on effects ->  blur, then it the sub-headings, the Gaussian blur does not appear. It is normal ?

Hey Sacha,

Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Could you go to Window > Workspaces > Effects, expand the Effects panel, search for Gaussian Blur, and let us know if you can find the Gaussian Blur Effect?

Gaussian Blur is part of the Blur & Sharpen effects in the Effects panel.

However, if you search for Gaussian Blue, you're not likely to find it.
