getSettings() Question: Returns 998 For videoDisplayFormat

Any idea why getSettings() for a sequence would return 998 for the videoDisplayFormat?  I have a few users returning this value instead of something from the documentation and I can't figure out way.  No unusual project settings or sequence settings for these users.

You say 'no unusual settings', but something must be interesting, in there...

Can you send us a project containing a sequence, which returns the 998?

Interesting, I'll try to get an answer from one of the users.  Is there any other way to determine the framerate of a sequence in this scenario?
