Question

Glitches show after I render a video.

For the last several videos I've created, as soon as I render, and watch the render, I notice split second glitches in the final videos that I do not see as I'm working and viewing the video in premire pro, when I slow the glitch video down, it seems as if a split second from another video cut within the project I'm creating. Hope that makes sense...and HELP!

It might be that your video has variable frame rate, which Premiere does not work well with. Try converting your video with handbrake before importing into Premiere.

You can also try setting your renderer to Software Only (from file > project settings > general) and see if it makes a difference.

So I realized I had set me screencapture to 60fps. When I created some new videos with the capture set back to 30FPS I was ok, no glitches. But I still have one more video to create, unfortunately the clips ive cut that are in my sequence are still 60fps...anyway to change that up before I try to render again?

yes as Sami suggested, try converting to a constant frame rate using handbrake...
