I uninstalled the plugin and even uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere, but every time I alt-tab, the Gmetrix plugin window pops up. It's causes a bit of lag too. How do I get Premiere to acknowledge the plugin is gone?

I suspect that the plugin was not completely uninstalled. Try reinstalling the plugin and the uninstall it again.

I know this is old, but I've been exploring the internet for a while and doesn't find any solution.
If you stumble upon this in 2022, the solution is to delete "gmetrix.lita.adobe.aftereffects" (or premiere pro in this case) folder inside "C:\Users\(Your Userame)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions"
I hope you'll find it helpful

In my case, the route was different but it definetelly worked!
C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions
I deleted the folder as mentioned and it did the magic!
Thanks Yahya Alkautsar!

Hi, I'm having the same issue. What were the file names that you deleted. I see some files labled "workspace, etc." when I search for "GMetrix" in the user folder. However, none of them visiblly include "GMetrix" so I'm worried to delete other wrokspace files. Thanks!
