Question

Go to next/previous end point on any track - bug?

Since the upgrade to 23.4.0 (I have build 56) the shortcuts "Go to next/previous end point on any track" isn't working anymore.I have them underneath Page Up/Page Down, but it now moves the view of the timeline back or forth seemingly random, but the playhead stays at the same spot as where it was. Anyone else have this issue or better yet, a solution besides downgrading? I cannot find a way now to get the playhead at the excact endpoint of the clip anymore, which is pretty annoying.

Thanks ahead for your suggestions and replies.

OutInTheBlue,

I always forget about this command! The PR default keyboard assigns this Shft+Up Arrow/Down Arrow. "Go to previous/next edit point on any track." It is working correctly for me in 23.4.0. And I note that "any track" includes captions.

Page up/down is assigned to other commands that are also active in the timeline panel. Have you tried removing/changing those?

Arrow up/down is the "Go to previous/next Edit Point", not the one I am using "Go to next/previous end point on any track".

But thanks anyway, cause this one is still working and when on the right track, I can at least do the same as before. I prefer the other one to work though as well, as then it doesn't matter which track you have selected, it just goes up/down to the next/previous clip.

Default is arrow up/down.

make sure the tracks are slected.

as you changed the kbsc might be due to some bug with kbsc (cannot find the thread).
