GPU will not consider while rendering video.

Issue -

In adobe 2023 there is an issue GPU will not consider while rendering video. and Only  100% CPU will use while rendering. and it will end up with a performance issue.

 

This has been addressed with your team but is not solved. But right I could find a bug and am ready to show the bug and its details. Kindly let me know how can I help you.

Adobe Premiere Pro version number:  23.1.0

Operating system - Windows 10 pro-64-bit. version 1809

System Info: 

CPU - Intel(R) core (TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20 GHz

NVIDIA Quadro P4000  and Driver Version 31.0.15.1659

32 GB

Internal 1.5 TB

Video format: MP4/ 50FPS, camera Sony A7M3

Workflow details: it's a simple sequence video file. which contain Text, 2-layer audio, etc 

Steps to reproduce -  GPU never uses while rendering only CPU use it. and this issue was reported to adobe customer care but they couldn't find it. 

Expected result - I found, where is the bug, and I'm ready to help you 

Actual result -  actual problem still here.
