Green Exports

I'm having problems with my videos exporting green. It's so bizarre that if I go to Facebook or YouTube some videos display green as well. I updated Premiere a couple days ago, I cleaned my cache, I've asked former professional video editng colleagues and still nothing. h.264 codec. 1920X1080 video 29.97 fps It then makes other exported videos that were exported correctly green as well.
