Having multiple errors in Premiere Pro with no given reason why or how to fix them

1. A low-level exception occurred in: ImporterMPEG (Importer:xx)

2. Adobe Premiere Pro is running very low on system memory. Please save your project and proceed with caution

3. 3 files going offline for seemingly no reason, with no other files in the same location/of the same type affected

4. Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file: [file location]

I have completely deleted the media cache and restarted my computer multiple times. I also do not have any other applications open while using Premiere and have uninstalled and reinstalled it. This has only started happening since the most recent update and is even affecting old projects I haven't touched since then. All of the errors are occurring with MP4's that have come from OBS recordings and all of the files in the project are at 60fps.

Specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

It was happening with other projects but I copied the project file into a different location and that seemingly fixed the problem and I was able to finish

You might also want to try a new project. Is it happening on other projects, or just the one? You can also try a new project and import the trouble project into it. It's not as good as working a new project, but sometimes it helps.

Ok, I'll look into that. The version I'm using is 24.4.1 (Build 2) and I am using windows 10 if that changes anything

Sounds like a hardware issue? You might try transcoding the OBS files into something like ProRes, which is easier on the editing system. Use Shutter Encoder for that: https://www.shutterencoder.com/en/

Which version of PP are you running. It's available on on the Help menu (About)
