Having trouble with my microphone when doing voiceovers

At the moment I can't get my microphone to record my voice when  I try to do a voiceover. I've checked that I allowed premiere pro permission to use my microphone and I've also gone to the audio hardware to select my mic in the audio input. However, when I go to the voiceover record settings it just shows this:
