Help pls...where is analyze button in premier pro

Where is "analyze button" in premier pro....it is showing up in a blue bar across my program window.

OS doesn't mater, ALL effects have their controls in the Effects Control Panel as shown in the example above.

i opened to the warb stabilizer tab and there is no option for analyse. any help? did the layout change since this post? I'm new to adobe.
