I watched this video for a tutorial on a software. They do this cool zoom effect. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if Premiere Pro can do this?

Place the video on V1 and also on V2.

Apply the Crop Effect on V2 and adjust it to the area you want to zoom.

Keyframe the scale and position in the Effects Control Panel.
