How do I disable the "Get more out of" screen.

I've been getting and ever present "get more out of premier" splash screen, from which Adobe (for some strange reason) has removed the "don't show me this again" button.  I've found this realatively recent post https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/how-to-disable-the-welcome-screen-in-cc-2019/m-p/10203785... but my prefferences/general screen doesn't have the check box.  

So in addition to removing a useful button, we've hidden it's alternate.  

Where should I go to remove this annoying opener?

You are looking at a post for Photoshop.

In the Preferences under General at the top there are two dropdown menus:

At Startup and When Opening a Project.

There is also a Hide suggestions button on the Home page.

This does not work for the Premiere latest update.
