How do I edit the text in a graphic?

I'm sure the solution is obvious but I cannot fathom out how to edit a simple graphic once it's been created.

This is a really simple text graphic as below.  I've tried typing in the graphic itself and also right-clicking to see if there is an edit option but to no avail.

How do I change this text?

I think you have to use the 'text' tool in the tool panel and highlight what you want to change
