In that case, I would recommend exporting Cineform 12 bit with Alpha at Maximum Bit Depth. There's a preset under the QuickTime format.

To overlay onto another video. I want to render my ultra key'd clips into one whole vid and export to get rid of the lag.

Like a normal video. Was the preview good and the transparency neat. Just File - export - media
