How to change a low (13,25) fps to a higher (24/25) fps without damaging the video images/audio
Hi,
I screen recorded a video on my Iphone SE. I want to use it in a video project in Premiere Pro using different video sizes. When I play the video in Quicktime Player, it plays just fine. But when I want to use it in Premiere, it gets all mixed up. The audio doesn't always match and the images stutter/falter. The fps of the video are 13,25 and my sequence settings are 24 fps. I already looked on the internet for answers, but none of the helped.
For example: I adjusted the fps by clicking on the video > Modify > interpret footage ... > Frame rate > Assume this frame rate > fill in '24 fps'. But then the video had an 'speed forward' quality to it. So that didin't work.
Or I also tried to find how you can adjust the fps for screen recording on an Iphone, but didn't found anything.
Can someone help me with getting this video to the right fps or how can I add it to my sequence without stuttering?
Thank you in advance for the tips and answers!
greetings,
Lee
