Question

HOW TO CHANGE LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH AND HOW TO GET RID OF THE BLACK AND SWITCH IT TO WHITE, GREY, ETC?

Hello there.
The title says it all...

1st, I need to change the language from that PSEUDO-Portuguese to English.
I don't see ANY way I can do that, nor do the tutorials I've already watched solve the problem, or help with anything, which leads me to conclude those tutorials must be for earlier versions and not for this latest one.

2nd, I really HATE that Black, which highly strains my eye-sight and I need to change it to either White or Grey, or whatever else that is NOT Black, so I don't get vertigo after looking away from the screen or get a visual shock when changing to a white/grey window.
This is something CRITICAL for anyone who suffers from Migrains, specially when they're particularly agressive and intense, like mine.
Is there any way to do both of those things?

Because it there's no way of doing both of those things, then I'll fix the problem myself, in less than 2 minutes: COMPLETE UNINSTALL!!!
I hope I wont have to resort to that, specially because this is a Student Account, but hey, it's a Health Issue and Health Comes First!
I'm sorry if I might seem a bit irritated, but I actually am, altough, of course, none of you have anything to do with that, so, my sincerest apologies, but, please, try to understand.
Thanks.

Hi, I'm going to reply to the "how to change language" part of your questions, since it's one of the first results that show up in search engines when looking for a solution to this problem.

- Open the "Debug Console" with CTRL+F12 (or Cmd+F12 on Mac)

- Click on the "3 lines" icon next to "Console", and select the option "Debug Database View"

- Look for the property "ApplicationLanguage", and replace with the correct locale code (for english the most common value would be "en_US"

- Restart Adobe Premiere Pro

How to change language of CC apps.

And, from this page

Choose Edit > Preferences > Appearance (Windows) or Premiere Pro > Preferences > Appearance (macOS).

Drag the User Interface Brightness slider to the left or right. Click Default to restore the default brightness level.

Your extremely emphatic style discourages me from offering more help, (I feel as if I'm being blamed) nevertheless...

I'm  surprised that the procedure to change the default language to English that I referenced didn't work. What was the result when you re-installed Premiere after setting  your CC  preferences to English?

Please, I'm NOT blaming you for anything, surely you're not to blame for something you did not cause or do! 🙂 🙂 🙂
I do appreciate any help, to see if I/we can get this sorted.
In terms of Language, I already tried everything.
1- Regular default installation and then try to change: Didn't work.
2- Directly on my Account Settings page, change to English and it works, but then, go to the Creative Cloud app, change to English there and it does nothing.
3- Uninstalled everthing, Account Page was still in English, then I went to the Creative Cloud and it's still the same (PSEUDO-Portuguese), tried downloading after having, again, changed to English and the installation, again, comes up in PSEUDO-Portuguese.
4- As this led me to believe it could be Location seetings (I'm in Portugal), I opened up a VPN and set it to an American IP (LA Location), but NO luck, same things occured.
5- Again, TOTAL Uninstall, restarted my machine, again opened the VPN, repate procedure, same results.
Nothing worked.
As you can see, I'm not blaming you, at all 🙂 🙂 🙂
