How to change Sequence Settings... it won't let me change PAR ...?

I clicked on the Sequence and got its properties.

But as you can see, it won't let me edit the Pixel Aspect Ratio. Why are some properties not editable, and how can I make them editable?

You cannot change the PAR in DV pal. It is a default setting.

Is this CS6? What is the issue you are facing?

If this is CS6 you cannot change sequence settings (that feature was added in later versions).

You need to make a new sequence or custom one and copy everything over.

Inspiring

The PAR of my video is D1/DV PAL 1.067, and it looks correct in CS3.

The PAR in CS6 (above) is 1.0940 and looks squashed.

Adobe changed the par in I think it was CS4.

Show screenshot entire UI with clip selected in the project window in list view and preview area turned on.
