How to Create Edge Mask Effect in Premiere Pro Similar to Alight Motion

Hi, I am trying to make the video style shown in the attached example. I know how to do this in Alight Motion but not in Premiere Pro. I will explain the steps I use in Alight Motion so you can understand what I am trying to do.

  1. I put the clip on Track 1 and the template on Track 2.
  2. Then I use the Chroma Key (Ultra Key in Premiere Pro) and use the black dropper to select the black area. This makes the clip show in the black parts.
  3. After this, in Alight Motion, there is a "Blending" option where I select "Mask" and then "Exclude Mask." This makes the white area transparent and automatically creates the edge mask. So, I get the clip styled with edges, and the white parts are transparent.
  4. At the end, I nest this and place the same clip in the background.

How can I do the same in Premiere Pro?

    Note:
Ensure that these effects are applied before the Track Matte Key effect in the Effects stack.
