How to create vignette without color banding?

I noticed that my vignette has banding: 1 step = 2/256 or even 3/256 for 8 bit colors. I'd like to limit this value to 1/256, is it possible?

I already use MB Renoiser and it doesn't help much with this problem. Actually I see banding in the program monitor before any codec compression.
