How to download and install premiere and after effects on macOS Catalina in 2024?

Hello! I'm having issues trying to install premiere, after effects and media encoder on macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina). When I try to install it it pop ups a window saying at least macOS 12 is required for premiere or after effects current versions.

If my memories isn't betraying me, premiere 22 is compatible with macOS Catalina, but the creative cloud Mac app doesn't show me the 3 dots on those apps that allows me to choose the version that I want to download it.

can someone help me with this? Thanks!!!
