Select the sequence in the Project panel and go to Edit|Duplicate.

I just updated to premiere pro 2020 and now cannot duplicate sequences.  I did this update to solve the fact that my typt tool sub menu disappeared and read forums that said to uninstall and reinstall to solve that.  Now having both problems.  Super frustrating.  Why can't I right click or Edit/Duplicate a sequence at all??

We've been wishing Adobe would do this for YEARS! Feature requests have been ineffective. Such a valuable tool!

I'm an hourly employee and this tool will cost me plenty of lost hours! 🙂

    Thank you!!

Why? You don't duplicate clips in the project bin either, do you? Just use the sequence multiple times if needed in a timeline. Maybe start reading about nesting.

Lots of reasons - like so you can go back to it if you are worried you might mess something up!
