Hi there,

I'm searching for a way to save, export and reimport my custom workspaces due to the fact, that I'm working on different computers and I'm not able to sync my settings via the cloud. Is it possible to save a certain workspace as a file and then importing it on a different computer?

Thanks a lot for your support.

Correct answer Ann Bens

Sync Settings.

Workspaces are stored in the settings.

The workspace is saved as part of the project file.  There is a setting to import those with the project that you can turn on or off.

So an option would be to safe a blank Premiere file with my workspace on a USB Stick and take it to my other computer?

Let's say I have to open a project from another editor on the offline computer. In this project my workspace is not existent. Now I open my blank Premiere file with my workspace included. Will premiere remember that workspace in the other premiere project?

Try it.  Then you'll know.

I'm editing on an offline workstation. So I need to save my workspace from my online workstation to my offline workstation. That means I need a file to copy paste between the systems. How to safe a workspace as a file?
