How to export transparent with background in Adobe Premier Pro ?

I am using Premier Pro 2017 (updated). I am looking for some tutorial that explains how to remove background in a video and then export it without background so that it can be used in other project.

What color is the background? Is it a solid color? If so, you might be able to key it out using one (or several) of Premiere's keying effects.

If it's a very busy background, you will have to do rotoscoping in After Effects.

In either case, you will need to render out your video into a format and codec that supports alpha and make sure you enable RBG+A when you render. QuickTime with the PNG codec supports alpha.

Depends on the background.  You'll need to specify that for us to know what to recommend.
