How to fill in text with an image in Premiere Pro 2022

Hi, 

I am trying to add a text title and instead having it a solid color, filling it with an image.  How would you do this on Premiere Pro 2022.

You can drop a clip or an image into the Essential Graphics panel and use it as a background. And Mask with the Text
