How to get Aupitch effect?

I have seen on an older video on an effect called Aupitch about pitch, effect blend, tightness, smoothness, etc.I only see pitch shifter and this isn't good enough. I have also googled for it but no such luck. Any help? Thank you!

AUPitch, I believe, is part of the Audio Units (AU) plugins that are system-level plugins included in the Core Audio of the macOS operating system. So if you are working on a Mac computer, you should already have them installed. And if you can't find them in Premiere Pro, then you probably need to rescan your system for Audio Plugins in Premiere Pro's preferences. It's found under the Premiere Pro menu > Preferences > Audio... > Audio Plugin Manager

Click the Audio Plugin Manager button, and you will open a new menu panel, and you should see a button to "Scan for Plug-ins" This should bring in the AU plugins and make them available in Premiere Pro.
