How To Import iPhone Videos

Hi guys. I use Premeire Pro on Mac and Im just so confused. Complete noob and didnt want to have to make this post but Im getting frustrated. I keep importing a video from my photos and it keeps going missing any time I close the project. The video is still in my photos and I can't get it to upload to my Creative Cloud which is what I would usually do instead. Where do I need to upload it to get it to stay in the project.

You need to put your videos into a folder on a local drive.

Then you can import them and won't be losing them the next time you open your project.

Makes no sense that the solution is to download the pictures that ALREADY are the photos library into another location within the mac.

Do better Adobe.
