how to install premiere pro 23 version

I have older xeon processor computer. it is incompatible for premiere pro ver 25. I need to install premiere pro ver 23. please help me

23.6.8 build is the only 2023 version available in the CC app.

As far as I know the 'original' version 23 is not available, but an update (23.6 ???) may be available
