There are several related threads to this that appear on the right hand side of this page. Most have the answer you are looking for. It's a bit complicated but in a nutshell this is what you do.

1. First you need to create a new multichannel sequence (not stereo) and choose how many multichannel audio outputs you want. This will determine how many tracks you have in your output file.

2. You then assign your various timeline tracks to the outputs you want. You'll probably want an output for each language - these can be stereo or mono, if you're using music you'll probably want stereo. The trick is to send your music/mix to ALL the outputs but the speech or narration to just one (or two if stereo) track each. Then you can have multiple mixed tracks with different languages that you will be able to access separately using VLC or Quicktime.
3. With H264 you cannot have multiple audio tracks. You will need a professional output format like ProRes or MXF.

Do you mean that you want to export a file with each of your audio tracks separately/discrete instead of merged to a single stereo track? How many separate audio tracks do you want to have in your export?

Correct like in DVDS or Bluerays you can select different language soundtracks, can I achieve that? 2 audio tracks, one original and other music, and yes audio tracks maximum.

Thankd
