How to match Audio levels with Video opacity on multi-track sequences?

I have two video tracks with their respective audio tracks.  I'm keying the opacity of V2 from 100% to 0% and then back up to 100% in a repeating fashion.  I'd like audio track associated with V2 (A2) to follow the same keying but of course just for the audio level.

I've got the video track set, but I was wondering if there is an easy way to match the audio level (A2) to my opactiy level (V2) other than more manual keying?

Cheers, Rob.

You can't do that, but maybe it's easier for you to use transitions, cross dissolve for video and constant gain for audio, this way you can use shortcuts to add transitions and you can control default durations. Also, it's easier to manipulate transitions durations than dragging keyframes.
