How to reduce the length of an audio VOICE, while keeping the voice "naturally speed up" not robotic

Hello,

I am wondering, how can I reduce the duration of an audio clip without altering too much the voice, the tone, the accept etc..

It can certainly look like it was speed up somewhat, BUT I want it to sound like genuine speed up, as if the person speaking willingly speed up his voice, and not a robotic way?

Maybe even being able to remove /reduce pauses between words to make the overall clip faster BUT making sure the reduced pauses do not alter overall quality of the sound?

Anyway or TOOL, to help with that:

1) Help with speeding up (reducing duration) whitout making it sound robotic or making it obvious it was speed up?

2) Help with reducing pauses without making non organic?

Thanks
