Hi,

I would like have audio waveform displayed in one track instead of two (L and R) in order to keep my Timeline clean. I have tried looking for a solution and couldn't find one, the below post didn't help either:

Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Thanks,

Kaushik

You set it to mono: set it to stereo.

Set Preferences > timeline > default audio tracks > Use file or Stereo (depending on the source) before importing files.

Unfortunately this doesn't work though. I followed your steps and still see 2 audio tracks, L & R, after importing audio. Screenshots below.

I've also wanted to have the timeline only disply a single waveform and I've followed your steps as seen below but my timeline still shows 2 waveforms.

Could you please let me know what I'm doing wrong here?

Thanks,

Leo
