Hey eduardogorio,

Welcome to the community. Could you set the Format to Quicktime, set the Video Codec to Apple ProRes 4444, in the Video options, click on More, and set the Depth to 8bpc + alpha or 16bpc + alpha (depending on which bit depth you want to export in). Hope this helps.
