I can't customize the tools in tools panel.

I have had this problem for months now and some of them can be easily resolved.

However, it bugs me to not quickly use a tool and some of the functions differ most of the time.

See below screenshot of the tools panel on my Premiere Pro.

It doesn't have a text tool/rectangle tool etc.

It also doesn't have any drop down menu for me to use.

Either way, can anyone please help me on how do I put the text tool in there.

Which version are you using? Looks like an older version.

This is how it should look in 2019.

I'm using an old PC and an old version. It's Premiere Pro CC 2017. Is there any way to solve it?

Update Premiere either to 2018 or 2019.
