I can't open the Keyboard Shortcuts window in Premiere Pro 2022. What's the reason?

Try resetting the preferences:

Not solving the issue unfortunatly. I'm using the lates version right know. Still I'm unable to open keyboard shortcuts panel. What is the solution?

I have the same problem, window doesn't open. When i click on the button "keyboard shortcuts" window doesn't open. I tryed reset preferences, it didn't help.
