Hi,
I can't see the translate captions button in premiere pro 2025.
This is how it looks on my computer:
This is how it looks in the tutorial:
How can I get it?
I have the latest version (25.1) on my computer.
best regards/Michael
Its not a bug. (moved from bugs to discussions)
Translate is beta (25.2) only.

From your CC desktop app / beta section.

No it is not available in 25.2 Beta either. This is very frustrating because there is a lot of publicity on this function and all clips from adobe and adobe affiliates are showing this function working in their beta version. Here is a screendump of my application... NOT showing the translate icon in the text frame. I even uninstalled and re-installed, cleaned the prefs, still nothing...

Have you downloaded any language packs from the CC desktop yet?

Hi, I have the same version as @magnetic_helper98C6 (25.2.0 BETA Build 114), have downloaded the Portuguese Language Pack, but still no translate Icon in the Captions Panel...

The same problem, I’ve downloaded the latest beta version, and I don’t have the icon. Same issue, it’s very frustrating that you showcase functionalities that don’t work. Also, if we want to transcribe speech into another language, it generates random text. We would like solutions because this is a bug.

As off 25.2.0.117 I don't see the icon either.
The feature is still under development, so Adobe might have pulled it back temporarily.

I have the same version (25.2) and I don't see the translate-button either. It's so frustrating! Why doesn't Adobe provide any info about a problem that many people apparently are having?

I have version 25.2.3 and still no translate button. I thought it was too good to be true. Well, its a good idea. I hope they work it out.

I see it in 25.2.3 on Win 10. If your Text panel is too narrow, look in the 3 dot overflow menu.

STOP THE PRESS! I had an old version of Premiere Pro open!!! After I updated everything, there is NO PROMPT to add a new icon to my screen to access the new version, and like an idiot I thought it was just already opened and on! So I finally looked through my computer, located the varied versions of Premiere Pro and updated my old edit. WALLA! that button for translate is NOW THERE!
Suggestion to the software engineers, add some kind of prompt to the updates to add a screen icon when there are various versions of a program.
