You need to probably read up on their new color management things as Ann links to above.

All the color management options are in the Color Workspace, Lumetri panel, the tab named Settings.

Basically, most users should have auto detect log and auto tonemapping on, as well as display color management.

Set the Sequence color space to that which you wish to export to, and ONLY use export presets that match the color space of your sequence.

IF on a Mac, it's more complicated because of Apple using incorrect display transforms on Macs without reference modes (essentially gamma 1.96 rather than the specified Rec.709 gamma 2.4). But on Macs with reference modes, the HDTV setting applies correct Rec.709 video display transforms on that Mac.

So Premiere's "viewer gamma" setting is a pick your poison option. If you only care about Macs without reference modes, then 1.96/Quicktime is fine. If you want proper display on all "correct" systems, then gamma 2.4/broadcast is the better setting.

And if you want to try to mush it inbetween, then you might try the gamma 2.2/Web setting.
