So I dont have the "learning , assembly , editing , color ,effect , audio ,graphics and libraries , how can I get them back?

Try hitting Alt+Shift+0 to reset your workspace or go to Window > Workspaces and choose another workspace to see what happens.

Can you please post a full UI screenshot? Workspaces have been moved to an icon at the top-right of the program (see attached). If you click that you can reveal the list of workspaces as well as choose the "Show workspace tabs" option near the bottom to bring back the old behavior of having all the workspace names visible in your top bar.
