I keep getting an XMP-file and an empty MP4-file when exporting media from Premier pro. Where do I go wrong? And how can I fix this?

Hi annaannan,

Thanks for the info. Please try to switch the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and then try to export and check if the exported video is playing properly.

Hi annaannan,

We would need more info to troubleshoot the issue properly. Please provide your export settings and also please try importing the exported mp4 file in Premiere Pro and check if it's looking correct.

Sumeet

The exported MP4 does not play. It is 0 kb.

When I try to import it in Premier pro it says "The file has an unsupported compression type"
