iMac won't display console window because of XXX shortcut being linked to audio adjustment

Hey! I've been surfing for answers on how to remove/customize my mac keyboard so the XXX shortcut will open Console in Premiere Pro 23.1.0 I'd like to adjust the font on my UI but when I hit XX the shortcut for Volume Up is enabled and I can't seem to replace it... was able to do this on my laptop but need it on the iMac also- I'm on a 2020 iMac with a wired keyboard that my system reads as a magic keyboard. Help would be much appreciated!
