Image becomes grey after adding to timeline

Hey i have problem. When i add image to my timeline. It becomes grey. Why does the timeline change the color of my pictures? 

 Here is original image:

That looks like perhaps it's not seeing the alpha channel correctly? Maybe?

 

What's the image from? What format/codec/whatever?

Image is png. exported from photoshop.

When i change this in seqeunce settings

Image looks good and white but the saturation of video becomes really different.

Well, you have a color management problem then. Premiere was displaying that sRGB file, which is the primaries for Rec.709 (standard video media), on an HLG (HDR) timeline.

 

How did you create the sequence, and what other media is on it?

I think Neil is right, but does this show like this in both Program and Preview monitors? Could be something odd with your playback resolution,
