I have an image in my video that appears in the corner over some other footage for a few seconds. Whenever I play the video, the image shows up roughly half as large as the scale I set. However, when I pause, it reverts back to its normal size.
I have tried to fix the issue by manually adjusting the scale, deleting and re-inserting the image, and resetting the motion effect parameters. None of these have worked. Although, if I close and re-open Premiere, the bug will no longer occur.
I have not tried to export while the bug is happening, so I do not know if the resized image is in the final video.
