Image Sequence Issues After Naming Correctly

Hi!

Im having issues importing an image sequence which has been happening a lot lately and I need help finding the issue. I havve also named the sequence files to avoid any issue which still havent worked. The first image works and anything else has an error message.

My colleaugue has been able to import the exact same sequences of images on his compouter with no issues.

Any help is appreciated!

Make sure you are importing properly:

In Media Browser, select the first image and check "Image Sequence" before importing.

If using File > Import, ensure "Image Sequence" is checked.

Try to save them to another format an check if .png is the culprit
