Imported presets and Text styles disappear after closing Premiere Pro

I have a transition pack that I used and after closing the program, it got deleted and I have to import it everytime I use Premiere, how do I solve the issue?

I have the latest version of Premiere and I've never had this issue before.

Caption track styles are per project. There are a couple threads on how to share them. I can't link at the moment.

If the style is in the Project window it will show in the EGP.

Did you try clicking on the word NONE.

If you start another project you need to import the text style first from other project or hard drive.

You can export a text style from the Project window.

So I want to do captions and I use the Text window to do so, after it does the transcription part, I press the CC button, After I have the captions, I want to personalize the text, so I use the essential graphic window, there you can do all the details and I save it as a Text style, but when I start another project, the text styles disappear
