Is there a way to import keyboard settings from cs6 into cc?

You won't be able to migrate KBS from win to mac (or vice versa) because the whole KBS scheme is different between platforms. So you will need to rebuild them for mac once, but then you should be able to migrate them up version to version with no further problems as long as you remain on mac.
