inserting Lyrics into a song

I am relatively new to Premiere Pro, I need to work on inserting lyrics into a song. 

 Can I use the command -> C to copy a chorus into the video or do I have to type it in.

In the timeline is there a keyboard command to move the play head forward instead of using the play arrow in the program box.
