Was wondering if it is possible to download and run the same DV codecs that are in The Old Premiere Pro 6.5, in a newer version of Premiere, and get the same end product as the old program?
Motivation for this, is the simple fact that older codecs that are only meant for DV look better than the new NTSC-DV codec that they provide with the newer versions of Premiere.

In CC your will get the same files as in CS6. There is but one DV codec in Premiere.
Upload a clip captured in CS6 and in CC to compare.
You can do a little test your self
Put the clips on top of each other in the timeline
Set top clip to Differences.
If the are the same Program Monitor should show entirely black
