Interpretation of ProRes Footage from 14.03 to 14.04

Hi!

We have been filming with a GH5 through a Atomos Ninja Inferno. We had turned on some HDR settings (definitely ill advised since we didn't really have any clue what we were doing), but the footage looked great on the Atomos and the same in Premiere Pro (up until 14.03)

Now, footage that was looking fine in Premiere Pro 14.03 not appear horribly overexposed in 14.04. Nothing else has changed - Premiere Pro just must interpret the footage differently. It seems to be a similar issue to here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/13-1-update-weird-interpretation-of-prores-on-import/m-p...), but it doesn't discuss any solution.

I can correct the footage to an extent (although not very well, but that's a skill deficit on our part I think), but the issue is we have lots of old projects that have been colour corrected based on how the footage used to be interpreted and keyed etc.. so it's non trivial to go back and try and fix everything.

Again we didn't have any clue as to what we were doing, and probably should not have even looked at HDR settings - but given that we have, is there any way to correct this footage in later versions of premiere? Am I missing something obvious or do I need to just stick with 14.03 for these old projects?

Thanks in advance! Sorry if I have been light on details, I'm hoping this is some kind of common issue.
